I am running premiere cs5 on vista premium, I have been using this program for a while now with out any problems, but now all of a sudden I can't do anything. Premiere starts up normal, I load a recent project, it loads (but doesn't show the monitor on my editing workspace) I move the marker on the timeline and I still don't get any sign of video or audio. I press play and then it freezes, after a while showing "not responding". This project I'm working on, I've been working on it on and off for about two months now. The last thing I did was export each section separately ( project contains cover bands doing 12 songs since they wanted me to upload them to a site for their agent to see. Now that the bands want a dvd of the project, I can't get it working again to take off the individual tags and get it ready for encore again. I have also tried other projects whether I'm opening a different one from my current one or vice versa. I have already uninstalled premiere and reinstalled it with the same problems. I'm about to uninstall the master collection and reinstall it. I have wasted soooo much time on this hiccup and the bands are waiting for their dvd. PLEASE HELP!!!
