Boiler plate partnership agreement for documentary production
Anyone seen one? does one exist? Working on a documentary with a partner, sharing everything 50-50 but I would like to memorialize that on paper and cover all the bases. Seems simple enough right?
has anyone come across a boiler-plate template for this, or will I have to seek out an entertainment attorney? (even if I do, I would like to minimize it by having most of it worked out ahead of time)

If i need to do it i will do it at Producer level.
