Chrosziel Matteboxes are industry-standard in our business, so I thought I'd take a few moments to share some of the manufacturer's design/engineering behind their product that will help you to quickly keep yours in tip top shape.

Recently, I encountered a problem where rotating one of the filter trays became very difficult.

(notice the scratch on the outer edge of the metal filter tray, evidence of grinding/tension)

Closer inspection revealed that a screw was not tight in my system.  The only problem was how to get to it to tighten it.  Well, that is where the ingenuity of the manufacturer comes into play.  Fortunately, Chrosziel has made it very easy to service their products.  All you have to do is remove the four screws that connect the filter tray system to the front shade.  Once you do this you'll see some holes in the rings.  Ever wonder why they're there?  It's so you can line them up to quickly make adjustments to the screws on any ring level!

Once in perfect alignment it becomes quite simple to make the adjustment.

Hope you find this helpful (even if considering the purchase of one--I've used others and especially like the way Chrosziel's solution mounts over the lens...by fitting over a ring that screws onto the front of the lens; it's a much tighter/secure fit than rubber etc.).
