So, I'm really skinny, 5'8 115lbs. For the past 2 weeks I've been eating 500-700 extra calories consisting of mainly protein and carbs, also been taking creatine. The thing is, I don't notice any weight gain. When I step on the scale, it shows different weights each time and it makes it confusing. When I look at my body, I still look the same as I did 2 weeks ago. I have noticed that I've gotten a lot stronger. I was able to do 20 pushups and now I can push up to 45 pushups. Question is, how do I know if I'm actually gaining weight? 2 weeks past and still no noticeable difference. I really feel as if I'm just eating and ****ting it out and not actually gaining anything. Should I continue or just give up?
