HTML to post & embed video (Help)

Hi folks,

I need to create a web site/page where a visitor could post the embed code of a video, such as vimeo or UTube, then the page would refresh and the video would be added to the page. Does anyone know how to create such a page? Members who join the site would have access to this page and could post their videos via the embed codes from the source.

Anyone know how and maybe could show me or write the html for me?
