"I render out to mp4 for upload to Youtube 1280x720 but you can do 1080i as well, but I don't see the point, most people won't watch in in HD, and even if they do 720 looks fantastic on the computer screen."

Thanks Bill. Been a Jersey boy all my life. I watched a few episodes of Video Quick Tips. Terrific stuff. I'm a fan now. Sending a link to "How to make your camera bigger" to a friend who shoots video for his employer with a consumer SD camera! We were just discussing this very subject.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year. Thanks for the lead. I am working on a group of volunteers called Border Angels out in San Diego Ca. They approach the immigration issue from a Christian pov. That is that no one should have to die trying for a better life. So they go out in the desert and leave water. They don't help or facilitate the crossing and in fact they go over to Mexico and warn would be immigrants of the dangers of crossing the desert. I what I need is some stories of people experiencing harrowing adventures as they attempt to cross.
Thanks Friend. Also, for posting on the thread about 3,039 (presently 3,037 after some spammers were booted by Jay :-) members and slow posting. I calculated that if all 3,0xx participated more regularly over a year, we could have 8 fresh posts a day. Wow, what a concept. That way, the five or so who do wouldn't get "bleeding eyes" trying to keep something going here. Thanks again.
I like the DIY wireless mic holder video. I like to build video equipment but I need to start making cool videos like yours. Come join my DIY group on DVProfessionals, it's called DIY Video Equipment.
