The genesis of this project began with a brainstorming session around April 2004 on Camp Liberty in Baghdad, Iraq. So this is where it all begins. Four years ago, during my first tour to Iraq, I started creating motivational videos for my battalion as a way of preserving the memories from the deployment. After redeployment, I was assigned to a Basic Combat Training battalion, and began producing videos for each cycle that graduated Basic.
