Well, Working the weekend. Magic are on a run for the trophy and I'm doing live streaming from a sports bar, using our new streaming gear. After I get it set up I plan to head back o the studio and catch up on a bit of editing I need to finish. If I'm lucky I'll make it out by midnight.

This week, Florida Governor Charlie Crist signed the 2009-10 budget preserving economic development items. Among those items, the Film and Entertainment Incentive received $10.8 million - more than double the $5 million that was allocated last year.



Thanks to State Legislators and the Governor for recognizing the importance of the film, digital media and entertainment industry to the state of Florida, especially during these tough, economic times.

Today was somewhat of a bust, but there was a happy ending. I spent most of the day at Kennedy Space Center. The phone provider had told us that they would have a DSL line ready for us at the landing site. I meet my Exec. Producer and the satellite truck operator that was covering it for air at 5:30 AM and we all get escorted to the landing site. We get all set up for the satellite shot and no phone provider. it's 11:30 pm and I really should be sleeping but I just got home and need to chill. I have to be up at 3 am to head over to Kennedy Space Center to cover the landing of STS-125, Atlantis after an amazing mission repairing Hubble.
