- I have a post production background in the entertainment industry. Currently, I'm a Certified Legal Video Specialist that shoots just about anything that the client requires. I have an iMac with Final Cut Express, 2 DV cameras, a Shure mixer, a portable Rolls mixer; lavaliers, hand held mic and PZM. I rent lights when needed, and I can record to DV tape or DVD. Recording to HD is also a possibility.
I enjoy doing music videos and documentaries. I'm currently posting on a documentary about rock art.

During a Civil Procedure class in Paralegal Studies at UCSB, a student asked the instructor if anyone with a video camera could record the deposition of a witness in a lawsuit. The instructor replied that the videographer must be properly trained in order to record deposition proceedings. However, the student believed that just about anyone with a video camera and experience shooting family parties could fulfill the role of legal videographer.
