An Empty Bed is a dramatic film written, directed & produced by Mark Gasper. Unusual in style and approach, it is a sensual and evocative drama which journeys through one man's past.

The film is centered around a fictional day-in-the-life of a retired gay man, Bill Frayne who lives alone in Greenwich Village. During the course of his typical day, Bill encounters objects, people and places which stir and revive memories from his past.

As it unfolds simply and elegantly, An Empty Bed becomes a time tapestry where present and past weave together to form a poignant picture of his life.
